I'm sitting in the library with my Ginger plant. The plant is sitting in my lap in a plastic bag. I'm sure this is freaking people out next to me in the lab. Why can't I carry a plant around campus before planting it? I mean, people talk to the damned things so why can't I give it a tour of the world before eternally putting it in the ground? I'm thinking this campus needs more uniqueness to it anyways. I'd like to see random jugglers, fire eatters, buddhist monks performing an energy move, sword dancers, prophets on soap boxes, and more faces that look around before it's too late.

But it's a waste to worry contantly about people. Don't do it. People have to want to change. Live as an example if you really want to change the world. Speak your mind, publish a book, write a catchy New-Rock song about teenage angst.... talking is a waste of time, it's just better to live what you want to do. People thrive on other people's good-energy. Of course sometimes they thrive on the bad energy... history is about amazing people using people's emotions/livelihood to gain power and then they die and then people evolve into something else (but it has the same pattern as before.)

I think I'm going to nickname my Ginger Plant.... Ginger. No explanation there. Ginger would also be a good tool for justice. Someone run a stop sign? Run out of your car and smack the shit out of them with a Ginger Plant. Girlfriend being a bitch? Show her the pain you feel by waving a Ginger plant in her face. This plant has so many opportunities, I almost don't want to plant it in the ground.

Vanessa's brother was murdered last night. There is so much pain in the world. If you're lucky enough to rise above it, give a smile to a stranger.
